The State of Indiana Learning Portal powered by SuccessFactors allows users the ability to access training events offered to them by their agency or compliance training that needs to be completed.
LinkedIn Learning www.linkedin.com/learning is available to all state employees working within agencies that are supported by the State Personnel Department, (not including contract employees).
All new state employees are required to take trainings upon hire, and all state employees are required to complete some trainings on an annual or biennial basis.
